About Fragile Ventures
Design. Development. Products that work.
How This Started
Fragile started as a design and development studio. Strategy, design, full-stack development — concept to launch. The usual.
But along the way, something else happened.
I kept building products. Some were client experiments that turned into real businesses. Some were personal projects that found audiences. Some were built to scratch my own itch and somehow ended up with half a million users.
The client work was good, but the products were better. They compounded. They scaled. They didn't require me to trade time for money.
Now I'm at a point where I have more products than I can actively grow. Some deserve new energy. Some are perfect for someone else's portfolio. Some could be strategic fits for the right company.
So: Fragile Ventures is now about making these products available to people who want to own something built right.
Who I Am
I'm Felix.
I've been building digital products for 15+ years. I think in systems. I care about details. I believe design and engineering aren't separate disciplines — they're the same discipline done at different zoom levels.
I've built:
- •SaaS products that scaled to meaningful revenue
- •Developer tools that ship to thousands
- •Creative tools for music and design
- •Communities that grew organically to 500K+
- •Platforms handling millions of users
I've also failed at plenty of things. Products nobody wanted. Features nobody used. Ideas that seemed brilliant at 2am and terrible by morning.
The failures taught me more than the successes. Mostly they taught me that shipping beats planning, users beat assumptions, and simple beats clever.
Why "Fragile"
The name isn't about weakness — it's about honesty.
Building products is hard. Most fail. The ones that work require craft, iteration, and a willingness to be wrong. They require admitting that your first idea probably isn't your best idea.
"Robust" is a lie we tell ourselves. "Scalable" is usually premature optimization. "Enterprise-ready" often means "nobody's actually using this yet."
Fragile means: this thing works, it solves a real problem, and I'm not pretending it's more than it is.
I'd rather ship something real and improve it than architect something "perfect" that nobody uses. That philosophy is baked into everything here.
What I'm Interested In Right Now
The things I'm spending time on:
AI that actually does things, not just generates text
Helping people make things, not just organize things
Making audio more accessible and playful
What design becomes when generation is cheap and curation is valuable
If you're working on something in these areas, I'm especially interested in talking.
Let's Talk
